RSBMatrimony.com [RSBM] acts as a platform to enable any user to themselves register on it (by filling the mandatory fields and optional fields, if any) to voluntarily search for profile(s) from the database of RSBM's already registered users, for seeking prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves.
RSBM Membership is guided by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below. By using or accessing the RSBMatrimony.com website or RSBM Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions ("Agreement"):
1. Eligibility :
A) RSBM Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for members of the Rajapur Saraswat Brahmin Community.
B) Further in capacity as RSBM member you confirm that you are :
I. 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man);
II. Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you and
III. Intending to use RSBM only for seeking matrimonial alliance.
Your right to use RSBM is subject to any restrictions, limitations, or conditions established or imposed from time to time at the sole discretion of RSBM. This may include future limitations on certain features and functions.
RSBM does not endorse, confirm, support, verify or validate the accuracy or the reliability of any of the information posted by members on this site. This includes but is not limited to all text, photographs, pictures, and any other content.
You explicitly, expressly, and totally understand and agree that RSBM assumes no liability or responsibility, financial, or otherwise for the truthfulness, accuracy, intent, motives, or behaviour of anyone on this site. You meet people on RSBM at your own risk. People use the internet for various motives and intentions. RSBM Right to Use Member Provided Information
You grant RSBM the right in its sole discretion to edit, modify, delete any of the information that you have submitted in your profile if it fails to meet our aforementioned criteria. This includes text, photographs, pictures and any and all other information submitted with your profile at time of activation or at any subsequent time.

RSBM reserves the right to send electronic mail to you and to other members. The purpose of this communication includes but is not limited to:

Inform you about contacts or interests in your profile from another member.
Inform you of any modifications to this Agreement or of any additions or changes to the site's service.
Inform you of other member profiles that may represent a suitable match to the selection criteria stated in your profile.
Provide information to you regarding our affiliate or partner sites.
Inform you about any RSBM related products or services.
Provide you with information about any item that we think, in our sole discretion, may be of interest to you.
Emails sent from our system regarding important changes do NOT have unsubscribe/opt-out information because these are seen as NECESSARY to inform members of important changes.
